- Who said that the Fed Govt is not enforcing the law? Fox Republican news? Ha, that's a laugh in itself! The 9th circuit court got it right. We can't have cops randomly asking people to prove they are citizens. We should go after employers that hire people without checking their status properly.

- Anything could be considered distracting so where do we draw the line? Drinking from a water bottle? Grabbing a bite from a sandwich? Do we want to make these things illegal too. How about using a CD player? That's the number 2 cause of accidents.
